Shipping Policy:
KAFX Body will ship your ordered products within two business days (if not same day) unless specified otherwise at checkout. All coffee mugs and clothing orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $40.00
Return/Exchange Policy:
Refund Requests:
Oh no! No matter how much we love our products, sometimes it isn’t a good fit for the customer. Customers may request a return of their KAFX Body order within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the cost of the product the original payment method only. To submit a return request, please email us at KAFXBody.com with your order number and email address that was used to place your order. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your products. Not that you would do such a thing, but we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may misuse or abuse this return policy if we feel the requests are unreasonable. If your product was free, used more than just a couple of times, or is flat out empty then the return policy doesn’t apply. Just like you can’t return an empty bottle of bourbon to the store, same thing here.If your order was placed through TikTok or Amazon, please contact them directly to inquire about their return/refund procedure. Please note that KAFX digital gift cards are non-refundable.
Changes to order:
Oops! If you have made a mistake with your order, we will do our best to make any necessary changes to it as long as the order has not been sent to our fulfillment team. Please email us immediately with any issues. To help us out, please double-check the items in your cart and verify your billing and shipping information before placing your order. Although we wish we could, being a small company keeps us from being able to refund or replace orders that have been shipped to an incorrect or invalid address.
Missing Order:
If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered to the address on your order but it is not where your post office says it is, please contact your mail carrier to see if it is at the post office, and ask the members of your household and neighbors to see if they have the package. If they do not, please file a claim with the USPS as we insure all packages.
